A major early challenge was the safe removal of asbestos from the existing buildings, requiring careful coordination with licensed specialists and strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Once cleared, we worked closely with the client and planning authorities to redevelop the site into a flexible, modern commercial estate. The completed project now supports four businesses across five units, with dedicated parking and secure yard space to meet a range of operational needs.
